wednesday post

hi! so, i was forced to plod 1162 steps today. yay, 'tis past a grand!anyways, i got myself on at 10 past 8, so i promise to obediently take myself off at 10 past 10. so, what happened today...?
oh. a complaint, first up. 1. parents FORCED :( me to walk back to the bathroom from in front of the SOFA. not behind the fridge. 2. mum forced me to do a long range of arm, leg and head exercises b4 i got to sleep: A. bridging B. swinging legs both sides and holding for 10 secs each way C.ankle up and down. D. ankle up and out E. knee hold down, again, 10 secs each time. F. left thigh up to meet mum's hand G. left arm straight up. H. bending left forearm up at elbow. I.open left hand, make a thumbs up then put it back down. J. open all five fingers (left hand), starting from the pointer (left hand only)J. situps. 3. for some reason, mum or dad refused me the showerchair at night. meaning i had the BEJESUS scared out of me that i would fall to my death so slept the whole night on my back or my right side. dad did gimme back my showerchair in the morning, but didn't bother to put the brakes back on, so i stayed sleeping scared the whole morning, too. anyways, mum dug me up. i went in the pot :p then she got me dressed for the day, b4 she FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling table. cool new breakfast! for the first time too! from aunty vicky - 2 new weetbix! so i drowned them in milk :P and much thanks to pig mum who even added a dollop of honey!i tried, and my verdict? DELICIOUS! so i think i might add them to my christmas wish list, which is due out dec 1st!
anyways, around 10:30 or so, over popped leann to look after me as poor pig mum rocked off to her dentist appointment. so we chatted, i introduced her to my blog, we chatted some more, she made us morning tea, well, coffee for her, and she helped me to the loo once. when pig mum came home, she and leann had a yak, so i hopped online to read my story unlocked by uncle ken. she left at 2:45, so i only had a quarter of an hr to quickly gobble my lunch, a sausage bun, before dolly the baby elephant came. she gave me a shower first - hairwash today - and i went for a stinky unspeakable, so much thanks to dolly who helped me wipe. after i was redressed, dolly forced me to walk to the gobbling table :P where she fed me a really yummy chicken bun anita anita had made with us yesterday, and a cup of tea with 1 teabag :P 2 sugars, and lotsa milk. i read my might and power book for awhile, then dolly grabbed me for a good 45 mins of hand exercises. then she chopped me up a pear into lotsa little pieces, b4 she forced me to walk to the TV at 6pm. she flicked 7's news at 6pm, sorry, but i've forgotten the name of the horse that won the melbourne cup. dearest daddy came home, dolly forced me to walk to the loo once more, forced me to walk the few steps over to wash my right hand, then forced me to walk over to the piano, where 99% of it was left hand practice. we performed happy bday to pig mum, too! and got a clap!anyways, just as dolly left, vincent the physio came. first he had me uselessly flopping onto the floor on the gym ball, then he forced me to walk up and down to my bedroom twice. without permission to hang onto him, i admit i had to resort to hugging the wall! mum took me to the loo once, but when we came back downstairs, vincent the physio still forced me on another 3 lap walk. anyways, after he left, dad called dinner. rice tonight, with some bok choy, a little piece of ham and egg and a few bean sprouts. much thanks to dad who then also poured me a cup of pear juice. mum swapped me back to sparky, and i tootled online.
so, i have some appointment with the neurological and balance clinic toms. hope it goes well! and, dolly swapped email addresses with me, so i must remember to send her an email soon!! lastly, fingers, toes, and all other appendages crossed that i can meet pole and joshels for lunch toms!

P.S. my hearty congrats to the new most powerful man in the world - BARACK OBAMA! my thought and prayers are with you coz your grandma passed away, on election day, i think it was.oh, thanks to pig mum for the correction: on the last campaign day.
P.P.S. haha, i just popped onto www.news.com.au to read the article on obama's victory. the fuuny thing? voting in virginia was delayed because ... the guy with the keys to the library (where i presume was where the voting process was held) ...OVERSLEPT *sweatdrop* HAHAHA!!!!!!!
