well ... today it was 560 steps or 650. probably the first.
so i got up this morning, had 'kinda coloured' porridge coz mum sadly refused to gimme sugar and put the honey out of my reach. oh well.
sometimes i really just think of doing myself in, but then i remember i'm not a fan of burning in hell forever, so that plan has to be scrapped, too bad.
anyways, this morning some bluecare ladies came for a chat, and later a big box of pads arrived for me, so i'm all set for awhile.
after they left, mum took me to the loo then we set out for dr. mor's. i got to try that noisy chair! some magnetic chair thing that helps strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, or sth. i just read a gossip magazine and it felt my left bum was getting a massage.
we said hi to some doctors and nurses before leaving. i wanted to ring pole and ask her for lunch, but mum said i couldn't pester her till august, coz my best friend actually has a life unlike me and i can't disturb her. oh well.
got home, lunch was microwaveable lunches - actually quite good! and the n'healthy choices' brand too, so i'm in the all clear! mum had some tuna thing, me some chicken, pasta and white sauce. yummy. actually, i almost forgot - on thursday aunty vicky made us some fried soya sauce noodles. not bad!
so i hit the bed for an arvo snooze, mum washed some blankets and other things and also watched some TV. uncle colbert and samuel popped along, so more walking practice for me! but samuel is one lucky kid! back from camp in nsw on thursday, school decides,"let's give them friday off." wish i had it like that when i was still at school!
on the topic on nsw ... *pokes tongue out* hahaha!!!!!!!!!!! qld won the second state of origin. us? 30. them? a big fat ZERO!!!!! i know the statistics aren't good - that the team that wins the first one usually wins the third, but fingers crossed. we can do it!GO QUEENSLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
anyways, after they left (sam was going to practise his skills as a fish with swimming lessons), i had a sausage bun for arvo tea and a glass of milk, then we watched the news and prepared to go to vincent the physio. kat jiejie was there too, and good on her! she passed one of her accouting exams! she, vincent the physio, and mum and dad snacked on some korean-styled 'lor mae chee' that some patient had given him, but i declined coz they had nuts in them. too bad.
so we went home and had dinner, then i popped online to blog. dad's watching the nrl, penrith vs. sydney city roosters. the latter are currently winning. not that i really care, anyway. poor mum got too excited and came here to read the paper, though she's more keen for me to do more exercise and pedal bike for say 20mins or so. ah well. my life sucks. get used to it.
okies, i'm off now! my prayers have been partially answered coz vincent the physio can't come toms - him and his wife are going to view picasso's paintings. i hope they'll find a nice one! okies, goodnite!
p.s. must remember to keep vince in my prayers too, apart from fisobao. he's in st george now, enjoying the comforts of a HUUUUUUGE TV. hehe- bye!
p.p.s. just want to get a quick email to my physios to tell them of my walking progress this week. ciao!
