good evening! em plodded 2274 steps today, i think. and coz it's almost 8:30, i won't be able to type out my whole day's worth of post coz i'm gonna go watch house! ooh, a double episode too - i can't wait! i just hope PIG mum will let me stay up and watch it all, else poor em will be mega-pooped. ><
firstly, regarding last night:
-again, repeat everything that i typed out last thursday. it's still all the same. >< anyways, here comes the day's spotty :p points!
-i slept until PIG mum decided to dig me up. she forced me to put on my own tee and pants, kindly helped with the rest, and then she stuck my pedometer to me and happily Forced me to walk out to the kitchen.
- i did my usual routine, e.g. spitting out my mouth splint, drinking water, washing and drying both hands, etc etc etc
-i chose a yummy sausage bun and a plain glass of milk for breakfast as ding dong! aunty wendy came!
-so i re-introduced her to my chilli PIG sausage, then i went to finish gobbling my breakfast, as PIG mum rocked off to her lunch date with kim amos.
-i started by watching the last of 9's news, moved onto 7's, and finishing with ABC's.
-aunty wendy helped me once to the loo b4 i sat down for lunch.
-last night's leftovers plus a cup of yummy chocolate nesquik.
-after lunch, i went to practise piano, both hands, as aunty wendy told me that she had joined a choir! so i tested her out on range - she's definitely a soprano - she can barely make it to the C above middle C!
-i then taught her how to read music, and she took me to the bathroom once more as PIG mum arrived home.
- i tootled online briefly after ringing my dear dad.
- well, it's 8:25pm, so i'm off to watch house! i'll be back toms to finish of today's post. bye!

This notion of "being Forced" to do this and that come across very strongly in all your blog. Why Em?!
You do know all the people around you are trying to help you get your independency back; via all the necessary PT/OT exercises. Honestly, I do not think your current reluctant and “I have no choice but to do it because you force me to” attitude helping yourself in any way.
I understand these exercises are not easy & annoying for you. But they are the only way to get yourself more mobile on your own. Yes, it does take times; but you are making progress. Think back and compare yourself this time last year to how you are now.
Maybe you feel like just sitting there and have everyone do everything for you – including pulling your pants up and down when you go to the loop. Believe me, you don’t really want that!! Does not do your self esteem any good at all.
Please do not give up!! Keep up the exercise and change a different attitude. Please do not give up!!
