sunday post

good evening, all! anyways, i was still in hospital until a few days ago, so the extended spam count up till this weekend is 506, and em got Forced to plod 1216 steps today. anyways, regarding last nght:
-just repeat everything i typed out on thursday.
-but thankfully, a dry night. i hope the coming week will go just as well!
here come the spotty :P points for today!
-PIG mum dug me up me up this morning. i got kitted, then she gleefully Forced me to walk to the gobbling table :p
-i spat out my mouth splint, drank the required glass of water, and ate breakkie - a piece of toast with a thin layer of marg and butter, and a glass of plain milk.
-breakfast all eaten up, parents gleefully Forced me to walk out to the car.
-ff we tootled to church, listening to nothing. i didn't bother asking PIG mum for permission to sing out aloud, and just sang my 2nd favourite song in my head. usually i get through 50 repetitions in my head, but i must've sung extra fast today, coz i ripped through the song 61x by the time we arrived at church.
-parents happily Forced me to walk up the 3 steps and in when we arrived; i took a seat next to PIG mum at the end of the row.
-service started. uncle yuk tai was the 'chairman' (i dunno the real word for it in canto, sorry), aunty a led worship and fi so bao played violin. speaker for today was 'him sook' (say that in canto) and wells did very well in his job as translator. well, mostly :p him sook spoke on "the lord's my shepherd" psalm - 27, maybe?
-after the sermon, we all recited the lord's prayer together and sang the threefold amen.
-i was very touched to be included in the announcements! my hugest thanks to anyone who's been praying for me. much appreciated, guys. :)
-parents happily Forced me to walk back out and down the stairs to the car.
- i had a chat with mikey - he got an OP1! congrats to him! and uncle slam, who no longer works for santos but a firm called vale, pronounced 'vallay'.
-uncle calvin came over and invited me to eat charsiu bun wth him, meaning yum cha. i agreed, but it now officially means i refuse to go again until 5th jan, 2009.
-sorry, PIG mum is summoning me to dinner now, so bbl, ok? time is now ... 8:05pm.
-*burp* time is now 8:23pm, and dinner tonight: rice, lotsa kailan, and a few pieces of yummy chicken. all washed down with a yummy if unfortunately HEAVILY watered-down pear juice. i ate by myself (well, durian was looking on) coz PIG mum was waiting for dad, and my dearest daddy was too immersed in watching the cars DVD, his xmas present from PIG mum and i. so, where was i?
-parents happily Forced me to walk in when we arrived. i don't think uncle patrick was on shift then since i didn't see him. we sat down, ordered all our favourites, and i tried a new blend of tea i haven't tasted b4, called 'sul mei' but i admit, i like 'bol lei' better.
-this time, it was joey that was away, watching a movie with jacinta. i think she did pretty well in her OP as well, and is thinking on doing OT next year.
-the food came, and we started eating! haha to uncle calvin, who said he was helping by eating the more 'broken' parts of the charsiu bao, thus leaving the 'cleaner' ones for us. :P
-we also bumped into uncle phillip yu, uncle peter cheung and aunty emily at the manor. oh, and aunty katie too.
-parents happily Forced me to walk back out to the car. i said my byes and cya next years to uncle calvin and co. but i think pole plop is staying.
-we tootled home. i think westlife was in the car.
-parents happily Forced me to walk inside once we arrived home. i went for a tinkle. of course, PIG mum forced me to pull my own daks down and back up again b4 she happily Forced me togo wash and dry my left hand b4 she happily Forced me to walk back to my room.
-i got put down for a nap, calling PIG mum once to use the pot.
-PIG mum actually crawled into bed with me for a few mins, b4 bernadette, my favourite head masseuse, arrived.
-she renamed the red bolster/sausage/hippo that aunty wendy had given me! everyone, i'd like you all to meet 'chilli sausage' :P
-shower first, hairwash today, plus ascalp massage. good news is that i'm only a bit spotty on my chin, but not much else.
-i went for a tinkle afterwards, that turned out to be a stinky unspeakable, :P then i got redressed and switched back to sparky.
-arvo tea was a toasted, cheese - yay, 2 slices! - ham and mayo sandwhich, cut into 4 triangles.oh, and a cup of tetley's british blend sweetened with a single spoonful of honey, and bernadette also chopped me up an apple into 4. i shared a quarter with her, of course. i think she took a cup of coffee, herself. well, that or ovaltine.
-i flicked the aircon off as she turned the TV on at 5pm. we watched 10's news first, then sport's tonight, then 7's 6pm news, read out by patrick condren, sport by ben davis, and beach by liz cantor. i think the weather was read out by talitha cummins? sorry, i don't really remember.
-bernadette took me once to the loo after the news. her eldest daughter has just moved out - i think she's 18 or 19, and their names are claudia and caitlyn. she's divorced from her husband - silly thing was no good for them.
-we had a chat and i got a lil teary coz i thought i wouldn't be able to walk again in time for grandma's 90th bday next dec. but bernie was really nice and said that if that did come to pass, she'd come and look after me.
-i signed her off and we said our thanks and byes at 6:50pm. and how cool is this? bernie's coming again next sunday, and she's promised to bring me one of those subs from KFC for arvo tea! yummy~ bags i a caesar or a BBQ and bacon one!
-anyways, i just tootled back online after she left. i've already written about dinner, so i guess that ends my post for tonight. i'm getting my staples taken out toms at sunnybank at 10:30, hope that'll go well. also, i wonder if i can persuade PIG mum to take me to maccas for lunch? i want to try one of those new chicken mini snack wraps! they're only little, at $1.95.

P.S. also, i can't remember what's happening with the cathay aunties toms. PIG mum told me b4, but i've already forgotten why, oops. what i do remember is that no-one will be coming toms. ok, me going for an episode of naruto now. goodnite, all!
P.P.S. i admit, i chewed off my right thumb fingernail tonight. yes, i bite. but i'll try hold off to 2009 b4 i chew off the rest of them!
