hi! ok, so i plodded 1644 steps today. a good start to the week then, me hopes?
so, daddy bear and i snored happily this morning. he snores louder :P dear dad came to kiss me bye bye and even gave my silly bear a peck as well. so we slept, content, until mum decided it was time to dig me up. i went in the pot:P she got me kitted, b4 she FORCED :( me to walk out to the gobbling table. then, ding dong! aunty frances came. so, she very nicely fed me a sausage bun - and yes, i ate all the bread first :P i also slurped down a yummy chocolate nesquik. oops, toilet break, sorry!
anyways, as mum rocked off - i can't remember where, sorry! - aunty frances grabbed me for exercises. arms first, then legs. i squeezed my thighs together x 200; but only when i had finished did she tell me my thighs hadn't touched her hand and that i'd had to do them again. well, sorry, no. i told her, if that's her requirement, i'd remember in a fortnight's time, but that there was no way i'd give her 400. so we just sat there for a few minutes until aunty yvonne came. so, after some left hand exercise, and some stepping exercises, she soon had me ambling up and down the hallway - forwards, backwards, and sideways. i got aunty frances to take me to the loo once more, then i signed the sheet for her and said my thanks and byes, as ding dong! mum came home, with aunty catherine. so i got mum to show them the cute little avocado dad had bought, then we said our byes to them all and i sat down to gobble my lunch. just some plain pasta with carrots, tomato and potatoes in soup. i told mum that it was a bit tasteless, so thanks to pig mum who put a dash of salt into my bowl for me. anyways, lunch gobbled, mum banished me to bed. she FORCED :( me to walk back to bed, but very kindly undid the straps of my blue tornado boot for me. then she let me read my might and power racehorse book for awhile as she went to ring rod from goodwill orthopaedics. i settled in for a snooze when she got off the phone, and didn't get up until dolly came at 3:30pm. and how cool is this? dolly has the SAME bday as my beloved daddy!
so, she gave me a shower first - hairwash today. then i did a tinkle in the loo, b4 she redressed mein socks, splint and everything and then helped me walk over to the table for some arvo tea. i got: a cup of tetley's english blend with 2 tea spoonfuls of honey, and a toasted ham and cheese sandwhich - but only one slice of cheese, so rather too thin. oh well. dolly then grabbed me for a good 40mins of left hand exercise, e.g. theraplaydough :P, random raising and lifting, picking up those colourful sticky balls and rice bags - actually, she encouraged me to throw them in her face :P later, as dear dad came home, i told him about them having the same bdays - dolly claimed she was younger :P anyways, she chopped a pear into lotsa little pieces for me, and i shared it with her and dad. mum woke up from pig land :P found my walk belt, and i got dolly to take me to the loo once. actually, she's living with her uncle right now, and is a vegetarian - though i think i've said that before. so i came back, we sat down to do a crossword, then, later, she helped me walk over to the piano, where i continued teaching her how to play 'happy bday' and she grabbed my left hand to thunk at the keys. almost time to go, i had her take me to the loo once more, as ding dong! dear aunty a turned up! anyways, mum signed the sheet for dolly - i'll see her again sometime this weekend, i'm fairly certain - and we said our byes and thanks. dad called dinner - rice tonight, with some 'kai choy' - what i call 'foo choi' coz it's bitter! >< yucky. and a piece of carrot, some mince, and a little piece of chicken, which i of course saved for last. mum kindly poured me a yummy but unfortunately HEAVILY watered pear juice, as aunty a told us how she went to the great wall and got to eat yummy peking duck. anyways, me with a happy tummy, mum FORCED :( me to walk over to the table, where she got dad to roll me up sparky and i tootled online. not really sure when, actually, so i'll just go read some news then hit pig land myself. see you toms, all!
cheers,
em. ^^
P.S. i hope toms goes well, with mrs. mouse inspecting my wonky left leg.
