tuesday post7

yo! ok, so i plodded 2985 steps today. lol, i was so close to being at 3 grand! but excuse me if i don't feel like walking the last 15 steps or so. :P
anyways, got up this morning, went to the loo. mum FORCES me to walk out to the gobbling table :P where sorry, i forgot again, but breakfast was either a sausage bun or a piece of toast with a little marg and strawberry jam. the latter, i think. oh, and a cup of plain milk also.
breakkie done, mum was hanging up the washing or sth similar, so aunty joanne helped me to walk out to the car. mum came in eventually, and off we tootled to the PA, listening to michael leung. i have to remember to check out his website afterwards!once there, mum dropped aunty joanne and i down and went to park the car. aunty joanne helped me to walk in, and took me to the loo, b4 walking me to the day hospital physio. lynelle met us there; i said bye to mum and aunty joanne, and physio started! so, first, just general walking up and down the parallel bars. then we did some walking without them, and even crouched on the mats for some mat work. last of all, i had a go on the arm bike. my poor left hand fingers were a bit pinched, but oh well. twas only for awhile. and mum's gone to pig again :P all done, linelle walked me over to the chairs to await mum and aunty joanne's arrival. i also saw janelle and mrs. mouse, who said she'd already bid bob a happy bday. janelle said she hadn't yet, but would pop down during lunch to buy him a lil gift or sth. so, they returned soon, mum then FORCED me to walk into BIRU to give bob his gift and bid him a very happy bday. he told me he wasn't having a party, but that his wife was going to take him out to dinner tonight. i might go send him a bday ecard aftertwards too! on our way out, we met a nurse that said she looked after me while i was in 2C. mum says her name's laura. so, mum finished FORCING me walk back out to the car, still listening to michael leung. actually, she'd rung dominoes while we were sitting at the foyer entrance to the hospital. we pulled up at dominoes, where mum picked up our 1 pizza in a very flash looking black box! we then tootled home, still listening to michael. once home, mum FORCED me to walk in. i needed to pee, so she FORCED me to walk in and FORCED me to walk to the gobbling table afterwards. lunch time! a DELICIOUS bbq chicken and bacon pan pizza!thanks to mum who handed me 3 slices, while she and aunty joanne had 2 and a 1/2 each. i washed mine down with a cup of milk, while mum and aunty joanne shared a can of coke. aunty joanne was a champ and even gifted me with a piece of extra chicken and a piece of extra bacon! as i've said, a full tummy is a happy tummy. :P mum had me wipe the table as we said our thanks and bye to aunty joanne. then mum FORCED me to walk over to sparky, where she kindly let me online, at 2pm, meaning after kerry comes and goes, i'll have an hr remaining online.
anyways, i don't think aunty yvonne can make it toms, and i can't remember if pole said the 1:30pm walking date with her was toms or thurs. oh well. no biggie. anyways, am off to send bob his birthday ecard and go read the news, or sth. bye!
