well first of all, a big thankyou! to mum who found ron and secured me my extra one day of leave! after munching down a quick breakfast of bread with scotch marmalade, off the 3 of us who trundled to the airport. dad dropped me and mum off first and while he went in search of parking, we went inside to find my cousin. go mum who spotted her first!
so we went out and dad pulled up and we allpiled in. i wailed a "me BIG hungry!!!!!!!!!!" to dad, who originally was gonna take us to a chinese restaurant (although he assured me it wasn't yum cha) but upon discovery it actually wasn't open on mondays, we did a quick U-ie and went for the nearest maccas. a double cheeseburger(dad forgot no pickles so i just picked them out and popped rthem into his mouth:P), a filet-o-fish, a mcchicken, a cheweseburger with fries and sofdt drinks later, we all declared how full we were and headed home. katie gave me a HUGE stack of presents!
-two soft toy white with red ears puppy dogs which i promptly named katie and sally (my 3rd aunty's name)
-a pooh bear ('poo') and a white terrier ('ying') soft toy from ching and kin ying
-jewellery from katie, aunties 3 and 4
- a bpuma bag and a set of snoopy cups from katie
-a colourful bag from aunties 1 and 2. the small one is from aunty 1, the big from aunty2.
-a set of clothing from aunty 2
and dad got a wallet from his big sister sally! (my aunty3)
-a card from everyone - i feel loved. :)
ok, we're going out for dinner now, so i'll see everyone later! remember to come visit me!

weekend x+ i can't remember ><
mm, just happily chatting to julz right now. ^!^!
had mum's scotch marmalade on toast this morning - then somehow we missed church. maybe i was in the bathroom for too long or sth ... i dunno.
anyways, mum dragged me off for more exercises, then lunch was last night's yummy leftovers. i took a nap afterwards (mum did too - but mine was longer). i woke up to hear uncle calvin and aunty catherine at our place, so i got up at had the afternoon tea of a slice of cheese(as there was seriously nothing left in the house) and had a chat with them. go me, coz i remembered the chinese names of the entire family! and then, go aunty catherine and uncle calvin who changed the water of the fishbowl without killing poor tiny silver and bronze!
anyways, they're gone now, dad's at baddy and mum's watching 7's 6pm news. it's just me and susan bear surfing the net together.
just fingers crossed that toms, mum will ring the insane asylum (that's the PA hospital for the rest of you) and ask that i won't haveta return there till tuesday , coz my cousin katie is coming over! she'll only be with us for 2 nights or so, but hey, i haven't seen her for like 10 years! that's a whole decade!
okies, hope you all settle back into uni nicely after term break. if you have the spare time, why not come and visit a very bored me?

during physio, vincent told me"i'm kat's pet ans she's my pet." i asked him a number of questions, like"do you feed her?" and "do you shower her?" to which he replied, "sometimes. when i don't, she just does it herself." i gotta admit, i'm glad i didn't ask any silly questions like,"do you dress her?"

greetings all again!
not a very special day today - this morning, mum went to work, and dad got me up to await uncle wallace's arrival, and had the usual breakfast of bread, cheese, and dulp. no tomato sauce left, so will have to get it toms arvo after church if we go to plaza. i hope so! well, qwhen uncle wallace arrived, our first session started:OT. after he left, i read until mum got home from work and we had 2min noodles and a bit of crumbed fish for lunch. no tartare sauce left, so we made do with the mayo instead. waiting for vincent the physio to arrive, dad put on the westlife concert followed by the blue concert. must remember to look blue up on wikipedia afterwards. vincent the physio eventually got here, so that's 2nd session:PT. also gotta remember: vincent lent me the anime initial d to watch. it's all about car racing, so i hope it's good! we walked 110 steps today. initially it was going to be 120 again like last week, but vincent offered to reduce it by 10 if i kept my head up - so i did. both him and dad enjoyed a bowl of red bean soup afterwards - him cold, dad's heated. mum's off in snoozeland, and i know dad wants me there after i get booted off at 4:30. mm ... am not really tired though ...

friday post 3
argh ... fingers crossed, take 2.
hey! i gotta say, i'm very happy to be home after only three nights at hospital!i wasn't very pleased to be back after a beautiful 6 nights off, but oh well. and scoldings to bob the naughty physio bob, who, when he saw me on tues morning:"OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!em, your hair is all white!!!!!!!!!! to which i replied "shut up, bob." i then had much fun telling them all the insults i had learnt from b1 and b2's book. i had fun, even if they didn't. :P
highlight of the week: icecream and house on wednesdays. i sure don't complain when they place it in front of me for both dinner and lunch! i admit though, with things like chicken salad, i sit as close to the salt i can so i can get lots on. same with mashed potatoes.
poop of the week: staff who keep giving me coloured water instead of tea with milk and TWO sugars. it's got to the stage where i usually nick a sugar at breakfast for morning tea, an extra two at lunch for lunch and arvo tea, and two at dinner for dinner and supper. i admit though, the dinner ladies are quite good, they usually gimme white and 2 when i ask for it. but cheers to the kitchen lady who just remembers it and just gives me white and 2 without needing me to ask for it at all.
other highlight of the week: on thursday we cooked quiche lauren! (ok, so i know it's really quiche lorraine, but my OT is called lauren and i think she deserves to have it named after her.) mum came along and we enjoyed it together - we even left at least a third of it for dad! i hope he enjoyed it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!^^ we were originally planning to make fried rice, and we cooked the rice beforehand, but laurn didn't know the rule concerning rice:"once it's cooked, store it in the freezer, not the fridge. silly us forgot, meaning when i went to OT on thursday all ready for fried rice, lauren admitted, "sorry, the rice wentoff. i threw it out."
i also had lotsa fun talking to win and buu this week. win quizzed me on my thai(i got it all right)^^ buu is a new patient. he's japanese, 25, and was a jockey but fell off a horse while training it and bonked his head, poor guy. he had lotsa good fun talking to kate (our japanese nurse) too. the cool thing about kate is that her last name is 'miyao', which really, when said fast, soundslike "meow" hehe, good kitty, good kitty.
so, i gave my standard japanese line to buu, and also said 'oyasumi nasai' (good nite) to him, and he said my pronounciation was good! yeah, go me. !^^
anyways, have a good weekend, peoples! remember to come visit me! remember, i'm at the pa (princess alexandra hospital, the prince alfred is the pah), biru unit. laters!

easter monday post
happy easter everyone! how goes you all in the collection of easter eggs? i admit, i've only got 2 so far - but that's 1 better than last year!
just thought i'd blog about 2 happy events i was really happy to take part in!
1. MY BDAY PARTY: thias started at 5pm, meaning i was put down for a nap first. aunty catherine came first with lotsa food, and she even banished uncle calvin to go pick up pizza! haha ... anyways, guests: pole+ entire family, aunty a, wells, dr. chickenhump, chloe, smelly, janice, banana, joshels, cabbage,christy jie, b1, b2, beckiand murray. i made it a condition of entry that they had to take a photo with me, so they're coming soon!i got lotsa presents too! murray gave me season 3 of house (he gave me the receipt too, which was lucky coz i can now go get a refund coz aunty anne's family already got me a set!everyone combined to get me that cooking mama wii game, so i predict many fun hours of playing ahead! b1 and b2 were the BEST; they got me a lovely book full of INSULTS i can hardly wait to start practising on all the hospital staff! *innocent grin* here's what i do remember:
-have you considered getting those nostril hairs of yours patented?
-i'm so busy i don't even have time to ignore you
-are you sad or is your face upside down?
-plus many others!
cake was yummy choc chip cheesecake, of which i managed to nick two little slices. lots more photo taking ensues, e.g. the girls all going along the stairs and sending dr. chickenhump to take the photo.
oh, i almost forgot - i also got 2 christian books! one was from aunty katherine (janice's aunty/soccer dan's mum) and matt folded me this really nice origami bird thing. it must've taken him literally hours ... but thanks, matt!
2. dinner with uncle colbert's family!
well, uncle colbert had promised months back that we would go to fasta pasta for dinner near my bday, so on easter sunday, off we went!
i enjoyed the complimentary bread and butter, and thanks to mel who made me a really beautiful birthday card! sam has this really cool signature, lol.
i went for a lipton's lemon ice tea, aunty winnie went for a peach. order time! mel and sam both went for lasagne, mum had this creamy white pasta thing with chicken pieces, dad stuck with his tried and trusted spag bol (does anyone actually KNOW how to spell that word? not me. uncle colbert had sth with pine nuts in it (therefore, also not for me)while both aunty winnie and i had our beautiful fettucine cabonara. i sprinkled as much cheese i could get in, and when sam got uncle colbert to get him a rainbow swirl icecream, i did the same with dad, only choc mint chip so mum could eat it too (for some strange reason, she doesn't like rainbow swirl. beats me*shrugs*
so, here ends my recollection of 2 very happy events! unfortunately, after5 days off, it's back to the hospital for me. i guess i really need a good sleep tonight, or it's another3 nights of bad dreams and insomnia for me. *sigh* what can i say? life sucks, get used to it.

oh! almost forgot, but how cool is this? when i turned 21, baby mickey turned 6 months! and when he turns 1, i'll be 21 and 1/2! here's a photo of him, so cute - his hair sticks up and he's got the hugest eyeballs!
chloe also brought me some tofu flower which mum and i enjoyed the next day!
another thing stupid me forgot: pole's family gave me 2 goldfish for my bday! haveta remember to feed them tonight, but seeing as they're GOLD fish, i called them SILVER and BRONZE respectively. hehe, go me! oh, also gotta remember to feed them tonight!

weekend post x+8x
good afternoon one and all, how are you on this rather rainy and gloomy day?
well i for one am not gloomy at all - coz it's my bday party this arvo at 5! i think aunty 'ping yee' (aka aunty catherine) was popping along at 3pm to help first, though.
anyways, anyways mum left early thisa morning to buy stuff for party, while i got up and awaited uncle wallace's arrival. had the mega-boring breakfast of bread, cheese and tomato sauce. when uncle wallace came, we started our first session - OT. HAD SOME FUN WI (eep, sorry, caps)th the theraband, this stretchy kind of band that he had my left hand tugging. when we finished, they sat and enjoyed sweet potato soup. i skipped out, and when uncle wallace left (too bad, he declined to come tonight and sing for us all:P)went to do a successful no. 2 in the loo. mum came back, almost the same time as aunty vicky who popped over to bring mum somwe prawns or crab. anyways, yuck. ><
ok, now i'm hungry for lunch; mum's just hit me with the eye gunk, and has ordered a nap after lunch. oh well, i don't mind.

friday post2
hello one and all; i'm not quite 21 and a day yet, but will get there tonight!!^^
anyways, aunty a did come, and i was right, we went to the sushi place. i think i had three cups of green tea, but got pooped when mum wouldn't allow me 3 inari (i mean, i'm sure she would've had 3 pieces of raw salmon, or whatever. ) oh well, i'll just get it on sunday along with my kfc.
got home, and achieved the monumental feat of getting up to my room!!!!!!!! mum brought my belove bear bear up for me, and i flopped on my bed and marvelled at everything i'd missed for more than a year. i said hello to rainbow and wavy, while mum put westlife on my mini hi-fi. mum found the white sauce chicken hat i got last time we went back to hk and walked the new year's markets. so we all had turns putting it on, even aunty a! i just thought bear bear looked rather good in it, of course!
going down was much easier than going up - bum slide!!!! hehe. after that, bed for me. got up this morning, had one of aunty rose's lovely sausage buns for breakfaststrangely enough though, mum wouldn't gimmee the second one - you know how you buy them in packets of two? ah well, not worth losing your hair off over it.
anyways, my bday party toms! i'm excited - bring on the junk food! great ... now i'm hungrY. but dAD"S GOnea to uncle tyrone's so no food yet. oh well.

a new addition to the family
heylo peoples!
well, i just finished my birthday post, when DING DONG! it's aunty susan! she sang me happy birthday, and gave me a beautiful teddy which i immediately dubbed (with her permission, of course) susan bear.
she's light brown, black eyes, dark brown nose, and light cream-coloured footpads.
so, cool. welcome to the family, susan bear!*hug*

hehe, hello, peoples. lookee me, i'm 21! well, officially i won't be till 6:22pm tonight, but i'm just celebrating in advance, see?
this morning, got up, only had a glass of milk before we zoomed off to the physio. a massage and therapy session later, we made a quick trip to the loo then headed off to maccas with aunty anne like mum promised last night.1i got a bacon and egg roll and a hash brown with milk, mum had a suasage and egg roll with an OJ, and aunty anne had a bacon and egg mc muffin with no cheese and a tea.
before we left iaunty anne bought me a chicken caesar salad for lunch, then we went home. a quick trip to the bathroom, then i opened some presents and watched the first episode of house, season 3. season 3 is from aunty anne's family, i got a pair of ugg boots and a blue blanket from mum's cell group. one of the guys who signed the card, i thought his name was train, then tram, before finally learning it was tran. oops, sorwee. ^^" mum and dad got me a new mobile (along with a card that suggested i go get drunk O_O)and aunty vicky got me a set of bedsheets with pillowcases.
i had the salad for lunch, and apparently aunty rose is popping over soon (hopefully with more of her awesome sausage buns!)
tonight we'll be having dinner with aunty a. i said she could choose, so i expect aunty a will go with that all you can eat sushi place (but apparently dad's against it, so no idea what he'll choose). remember, i'm still determined to get upstairs formy bday, but that can wait till after dinner, i guess.
cool, my bday party will be on the sat at 5pm. guests are welcome - and even encouraged! - to bring junk food! but they will be turned away from the door if they bring healthy stuff, like vegetables. icky. chloe's bringing tofu flower, which is cool, but i think letty was trying to get a few vegetables through ... hmm ... remember, vege chips is the healthiest i'm allowing!

cool, my bday party will be on the sat at 5pm. guests are welcome - and even encouraged! - to bring junk food! but they will be turned away from the door if they bring healthy stuff, like vegetables. icky. chloe's bringing tofu flower, which is cool, but i think letty was trying to get a few vegetables through ... hmm ... remember, vege chips is the healthiest i'm allowing!

surprise! 'tis only wednesday, and i'm home!
cool. see, i'm home coz i've been threatening all the nurses, doctors therapists, and any other hospital employees that if they don't let me home for my 21st, i'd run away. so here i am, happily plonked in front of the computer.
highlight of the week - well, there was actually a few! 1. kylie, dani and mel all came to wish me a happy bday!we all went down to starbucks, and kylie even made me a cake, complete with icing and lollies! kylie just apologised that she couldn't put any candles on it for fear of setting off the fire alarm! i was a pig and had 2 slices, then we cut dad a HUGE slice and mum a slightly smaller slice :P before handing the rest to wally and jenny to enjoy. that brings us to no. 2 - congrats to wally, he's outta the hospital now!him and jenny also gave me a lovely card and a devotional book by joni eareckson tada (don't quote me on the spelling of that name, but if i remember correctly, she's a quadraplegic or hemiplegic, or some other-plegic. ) 3. beautiful icecream at lunch today - seeing as it'swednesday - and habib plonked the icecream in frontof me and said in his gruff voice, "happy birthday".4. house tonight! and seeing as that writer's strike or whatever is over? i don't want another rerun episode, but oh well. 5. i spent most OF THIS WEEK TELLING ORLI THAT HE'D BETTER GET ME A B'DAY PRESENT OR ELSE. I MEAN, THIS WAS THE BAD NURSE WHO TOLD ME I HAD A fat bum!!!!! >< (sorry, i just noticed caps was on). at first, orli said he'd buy me a horse, but i was honestly very surprised when he handed me a wrapped package this morning! i gave him a hug, said thank-you, and opened it. inside, a brand new wallet from overseas! he then had me open the coin purse on the side, and in it, two shiny $1 coins. "to help you escape toms if you really need to." says he. " 2 there in case you stuff up." i thanked him again, gave him another hug, then said he was now my favourite nurse (usually, it's linda). i did ask him what happened to my horse, and he delegated amy to explain that to me. "see, he caught one for you," says she, " but then he was too big to fit into his car,so we let the horse go and he got you that wallet instead. apparently he actually got it overseas."
so, toms at 6:22pm i turn 21. cool thing though - i found out that i have the same bday as robin's wife! i was bemoaning the fact that i would wake up on friday morning with an entire headful of grey hair, but "pish." said she, " you're only a baby. i had my 21st at least 21 years ago."
before we went we visited 2C once more to give easter eggs to lan. i said hi to pualie too (pronounced polly). the receptionist there who likes reading too, his name is joseph. so we started getting ready to go home. i had a shower, got a cuppa from the tea lady. amy said use equal, so i addedone more sugar for some taste. suzanne was lovely and gave me a hug and a bday card signed by everyone she could possibly find - even a cleaner!
well, cool. toms we have an early physio appointment at8:30, then mum's promised to take me to maccas for breakkie! yay, i mean, i have only been pining after a bacon and egg mcmuffin for what? 9 months?

p.s. mrs dent, my primary school librarian, came back from thailand after watching her godson marry a thai girl, and, as promised, she brought me back a teddy! i was going to call him robert (after her husband) but she suggested 'bok' coz she got it in bang kok! i'm just relieved she didn't tell me to call it 'kok'! (think of the correct spelling for that word).oh, almost forgot: she got me a mini cake from michel's patessierie (however they're spelt). mum and her both sang me 'happy birthday' before happily tucking in. oh, and we left a big slice for dad, of course.
p.p.s. go dad's awesome bedtime story! titled 'mini olympics', the participants were dad, mum, me, bear bear, jimmy, giant, and miss pig as the spectator. dad went swimming, mum went sleep - sorry, i mean walking, i went bike riding, giant did weight lifting, bear bear went tree climbing and jimmy did thehurdles. a victorius day for all. !^^

weekend post x+7x
yup, me again. seriously, don't you guys ever get bored of reading about my day?(yeah, and thanks to mum who noted that it's coz no-one does come and read,
+i feel so loved, yeah? *sigh*
anyways, breakfast this morning was mum's cool scotch marmalade, before we trundled off to church. today's speaker was called donald and no, his last name wasn't trump, nor was it duck :P*quack, quack* it was malcolm, and he talked about the suffering and persecutions of christians.
after church, we went to food court, and it's decided. i will no longer ask for a kebab anymore, until i can get a full two piece feed. that's TWO pieces of chicken and a REGULAR chips. today i got a piece of chicken, one puny little chip, and a bread roll. (argh, my nose keeps leaking. excuse me while i go honk) (and then sneeze) but no doubt the parents will notice and refuse. *life sucks. get used to it. * argh, my nose is leaking like a tap!!! why, oh why, oh why?!!!!
anyways, got back home and bedded down for a nap, not 3 hrs this time, though. dad left somewhere in between all the happy snoozing for baddy - and good news! both b1 and b2 can make it to my bday party!^!!^
woke up, and no surprise here - mum refused to cook me a simple 2min noodles! oh well, at least she gave me my right arm erest back.
well i'm starting to bid a fond farewell to my young days -i turn 21 on thursday!who feels old? *raises hand* me!!!!!!!!!!

ok, ok. sillin
ess aside, today ...
mum trundled off to work and i had a happy sleep until uncle wallace came knocking. so, quick bathroom trip, then first session:OT. good thing, he said my fingers were nice and relaxed, but apparently it's my wrist that's gone tight? dunno, go figure. and a quick thanks to mum who came running with a box of tissues after i squawked, "heeeeeeelp! mum, my nose is leaking!!!!!!!"
breakfast, anyone can guess. bread, cheese, tomato sauce, and milk. i know i've already asked for jewellery (sp? sorry) for my bday, but here's a much cheaper alternative. i want a fun pack of cereal. i've been eating cornflakes for like 9 months of my life, i need some fun cereal fast or i will never touch it again. ><
but yay, go mum who has agreed to take me to maccas for my bday breakfast. i mean, do you know just how long i've been pining after a bacon and egg mcmuffin and a hash brown? lol, the very thought makes me drool. :P
well, vincent the physio came after a lunch of congee, yummy pork floss and 2min noodles, so 2nd session:PT we walked 120 steps all up so i can tell janelle when i get back to the hospital on monday.
after they left, more visitors! aunty denise, uncle yuk tai and aunty katherine all popped along. go aunty katherine who delivers one mighty powerful but oh so comfy massage! we all had a talk, and i got a little container of pureed (sp? i've no idea, sorry) peaches for arvo tea. dad was a champ and got me some betadine and a band-aid for my cut right hand, but then i had a mega-sulk at him coz he brought out a big block of cadbury's milk chocolate to share. with NUTS. ><" so after whinging at him how incredibly UNFAIR that was, dad went and dug me up a stick of pocky. huh. guess i'm mollified.*mini pout*
ok, catch most of you guys at church toms!i promise to try and wake up, but go me coz i finally remembered the sermon of last week! it was about cults! yeah, go me. ^^

friday post 2
woo hoo, i is at home again!
nothing much to report this week, although i think i have memorised the menu well and truly by now:
MONDAY - LUNCH: chicken salad, chilli con carne. DINNER: vegie bake, chicken and gravy.
TUESDAY - LUNCH sweet and sour chicken, roast pork salad. DINNER: i forgot? quiche? veal parmigiana?
WEDNESDAY - LUNCH: meat pie, hamburgers, egg and cheese salad. DINNER: pork loin?
THURSDAY: LUNCH - beef salad, lamb rogan josh DINNER: beef casserole, lasagne.
FRIDAY: LUNCH - tomato penne pasta, chicken parmigiana.
i'm home by friday dinner, and every meal there's the option of sandwhiches. so it's very repeatitive, and very boring.
HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK: kylie, mel and dani all came to visit me this week, and they even got me a chocolate cake! complete with icing and lollies and everything, it only didn't come with lit candles coz they were afraid that we'd set the fire alarms off!mel and kylie also gave me a bday card each, and a stack of gifts. mainly? lotsa lollies, but also with a DVD each. one was narnia, which i can't wait to watch! the other, some scary MA movie i will definetly need my bear bear to protect me while i watch it. :$ turns out dani is now a vegetarian (but hey, ange hansen is a vegan!) and mel works at the PA's spinal injury unit. i was a pig and had 2 slices, mum also cut herself one and we cut a HUGE slice for dad before giving the rest to jenny and wally. congrats to him, he's outta here! they were wonderful, and also gave me a bday present, a year of daily devotions by joni eareckson tada (middle name prolly spelt incorrectly, sorry). we remembered to swap phone numbers, so hopefully we'll keep in touch.
POO OF THE WEEK:thankfully, no blood lady, so relax, but my pet peeve, icecream. i get it once a week on wednesdays, and i usually leave it for dinner, but this time? "sorry, we've run out of ice-cream." usually, that means i'll leave it to thursday, but it was too much of a hassle. i mean, i tell kitchen lady, kitchen lady informs nurse, nurse goes ask mum. if it happens again next week, i WILL press the issue, but as it's such a lil tub of icecream ... oh well.
i do admit i was bad this morning though, coz i sneaked one extra teaspoon of sugar into my cereal this morning, but i promise to try harder next week.
last thing before signing off, remember to pray for vince this week, coz the silly bugger got himself in the head, with all things, his CAR BOOT, *sweatdrop*

weekend post x+5x
*sleepy greeting* after another marathon nap, i am up! i admit, my house is a bit of a menagerie right now. dadf's at baddy, so it's just mum and i, but aunty catherine, aunty peggy and chris are all over! the phone just rang, and apparently uncle slam is coming over. oh wait, the prospect of having to face so many girls has scared him off :P
anyways, brekkie this morning was mum's yummy scotch marmalade on toast. we then took ourselves to church. the speaker today was terry wan and he talked about cults. i wonder where him and his wife, anne, come from?
church over, off we trundled off to food court. we didn't eat any 'har siu bing's this time around, but we did hit the bakery, and this time, i tried out for a new one - apparemtly, a chicken one! it better have chicken pieces! i don't want chicken paste!
lunch for me was a big yummy kebab, coz i was too hungry to press the ' i should get the WHOLE' two piece feed thing, mum went for a whopper stunner deal, and this time, she said the icecream wasnormal, no more weird coconut flavour taste. lol, go dad, who decided he was too lazy to buy anything; his lunch consisted of what he could nick of mine and mum's lunches. he got heaps of mums, most of the chips at least, but i kept a pretty tight grip on mine. ;)
back home, i hit the bed for a good long snooze, and dad toddled off to baddy. dunno what mum did, but i presume she's having a nice big chit chat to the 2 aunties. poor chris, he's only 24, prolly just sitting there, bored out of his socks.
ok, have an awesome week, guys!remember, studying is NOT allowed so early in the semester! and come visit me when you have a spare afternoon/night! visitors are always welcome :)
anyways, i've got an eventful week ahead - an eye appointment on monday ( where mum and i both predict the waiting time will be in excess of 3 hrs; and a family meeting on tuesday. here's to hoping i'll get out before my 21st, or i promise, i WILL run away.

p.s. a big thanks must go to aunty katherine - janice's aunty/soccer dan's mum - who remembered to get me a souvenir from hk! you know, those machines where you put 2 bucks in and twist a toy out? yeah, well she went to one, then found a poor salesman and ordered, "open it up. i want to choose one for a girl, theese are all boy's toys." and the poor salesperson did! hahaha ... now i gotta find the time to assemble it! i think it's sth to do with cinnamon roll - it's house, or sth.

weekend post x+4x
good afternoon again, peoples. !^^ how goes you all?
this morning i had good fun as i caught up on my favourite hobby - sleeping! i did get up when mum got home from work, though. with a headache >< so i popped two panadol before brunch, and it's all better now. ^!^ lunch - well, brunch for me was 2 min noodles of the chicken-flavoured maggi kind. well, mum stole some of dad's spicy noodles and i stole some of mum's when aunty anne popped over with a mattress protector mum's been aftewr for us, so fair's fair. :P
argh my left eye is itching up a storm! but rubbing is not allowed, so ... it DOESN'T itch, it DOESN'T itch ... *yelps*yes it DOES! great, now my nose is leaking like a tap too. once it happens, it really happens, doesn't it?

this morning i had good fun as i caught up on my favourite hobby - sleeping! i did get up when mum got home from work, though. with a headache >< so i popped two panadol before brunch, and it's all better now. ^!^ lunch - well, brunch for me was 2 min noodles of the chicken-flavoured maggi kind. well, mum stole some of dad's spicy noodles and i stole some of mum's when aunty anne popped over with a mattress protector mum's been aftewr for us, so fair's fair. :P
argh my left eye is itching up a storm! but rubbing is not allowed, so ... it DOESN'T itch, it DOESN'T itch ... *yelps*yes it DOES! great, now my nose is leaking like a tap too. once it happens, it really happens, doesn't it?

friday post
heylo people so bored they have graciously decided to come and read (next time, just go to facebook, you tube, or fanfiction.net) :P
yay, another week is over and i'm at home :P
highlight of the week: ice cream and house on wednesdays. can't believe wilson is going out with 'cut-throat bitch' amber. i mean, are 3 failed marriages not enough? as for the icecream, i'm only supposed to get it once on wednesdays, either lunch or dinner. i usually save it for dinner, but you'll get no complaints from me if the kitchen staff plonk it in front of me for both meals!
poop of the week: staff that keep giving me only an equal with my tea. i mean, how many times do i have to say that yes, i know an equal is equal to two teaspoons of sugar, but the TASTE is different! i like tea, not coloured water, ok?
relief of the week: phew, no blood-sucking blood nurse got me this week. *relieved sigh* i don't like needles>< nasty, ouchie things.
plans for the weekend andv week ahead: lotsa sleep. i admit, sleeping is one of, if not the, most favourite hobby of mine. especially since i got a new bed. even cooler, it comes with a trundle that mum sleeps. a fav thing of mine to do? check for obstructions, then roll PLOP! onto the trundle underneath. much fun. ^^ fingers crossed that i get a break from endless therapies this sunday. if not, oh well. like i've said before: life sucks. deal with it.
ok, have a great weekend, peoples! come visit me if you're bored! just ringmy mum first. and remember guys, it's only the 2nd, 3rd or 4th week of uni. you're not allowed to study yet!

weekend post (x+4x)
good afternoon all; i'm remarkably awake for one that has just taken a 4hr nap. ^^
so, this morning we got ourselves to church; breakfast was mum's scotch marmalade on toast. today's speaker was ronald chow.
afterwards, we went to plaza (do i even need to specify which one? no, i thought not. )
i got a chocolate 'har siu bing' (no, that's seriously what they're called!)and tried for a 2 piece feed from kfc, but unfortunately didn't get more than 10 chips and 1 1/5 pieces of chicken. i mean, really, if that's all i'm going to get, i may as well get it every week! a two piece feed consists of: 2 pieces of chicken, a REGULAR chips (not 10 pieces), a potato and gravy, a drink and a bread roll. i guess the kebab is stuck on the permanent waiting list until i get the real deal.
ok, bunkered down to bed after i got home, as a treat, i also decided to roll off the bed to the trundle mum sleeps on! poor little michael 'zai' was quite alarmed, but bear bear assured him everything was okay. he really is such a cute puppy. ^^
oh, i almost forgot! on friday, i admit i left my beloved teddy in the physio gym again. the first time, bob the physio brought him back saying, "your spoilt teddy was yelling such a ruckus in my physio gym i had to bring him back. " the second time, i admit, was even cooler. i left him in the physio gym again, and who should bring him back, but all people, LEE. he came over to me, and talking as he usually did, repeated, "bear bear bear bear." i took my most precious teddy back, thanking lee, but not bothering to tell him that he had actually said the name of my bear! how cool is that!
anyways, mum is talking on the phone to aunty A, and dad has just come back from uncle colbert's, who apparently has a busted garage door.
anyways, i hope you have a lovely week at uni, remember, no studying too hard! (that, in particular, goes to you, murray, but i don't think he knows the URL to my blog. oh well. remember guys, i love visitors, but i love visitors who bring food even more!

p.p.s. argh i'veforgotten what i was going to pps about the moment i typed it! and then julz came online too >< oh yeah, that's right ... i have a family meeting on the 11th march, coz i have an eye clinic appointment on the 10th. i predict many houras of waiting ahead! (my guess is 3. mum's guess is 3hrs 10 mins. we shall see! but, for the record, personally, i don't care as long as i'm in time for dinner. ^^ bye!

*sigh* me again. i wonder how many people bother reading my blog ? my guess ... around 2. aww ... i don't feel loved. :(
anyways, today mum got up and left first coz the clinic is moving! from sharing market square to diagonnally across the road times square.
anyways, my get up time was when uncle wallace got here, meaning brekkie was the ever-boring bread, cheese and tomato sauce ... hey, birthday present ideas, peoples! under 5 bucks too! why don't you guys get me one of those cereal fun packs? you know, little boxes of coco pops, fruit loops, rice bubbles, etc. yuuuuum.
anyways, uncle wallace got here and we did an OT session. strange thing though ... he said my fingers were really tight. i wonder why ... maybe it's coz i have the habit of clenching my hands into a loose fist?
anyways, turns out he remembered our deal! (i admit, i totally forgot><") so, in return for walking 30-odd steps for him, i got my first b'day present! haha ... trust uncle wallace to always buy from myer. i'm now the proud new owner of a really cute looking puppy, dubbed michael 'zai' (use your canto skills, peoples) by uncle wallace after i threatened to call him 'wallace' too. remember, i already have a baxter wallace bear!
well, after he left, for some strange reason dad wouldn't let me on the net, so i just sat there and dozed while waiting for mum to come home.
when she did, we all had noodles for lunch, the weird, half thick kind. i think i prefer 2 min noodles ...

we had dinner, then we walked our way to the computer. man, i have SERIOUSLY bad balance. but we eventually got ourselves there ok. but before i forget, dad said that in return for having, no blessed therapies toms (*cheers!*) i have to walk myself to the loo. ah well, i've long known that nothing in this world is without a price - except kisses from grandma - coz that's PRICELESS ^^# :)
anyways, dad's watching sideyman 1 on channel 9, and mum's wimped out to sit here with me coz the boxing scene was apparently too scary for her. aww, mum ...
anyways, after i get this post read and passed by mum i'll post it up. i promise, there's no foul language of any sort. ^^ *angelic grin
