well, seeing as i haven't been to uni all year, i thought i might do sth educational. and today, we're ... learning to how to count in fujian!fujian is a province in china, and also the birthplace of my mother! cool, eh?
ok, so now: repeat after me:
ONE- zhit
TWO- ni (like the japanese 'ni' for 'two', but with a lower tone).
THREE- saa
FOUR - si
FIVE - gnor
SIX - laupt
SEVEN-qit
EIGHT-buet
NINE - gao
TEN - jup
and a bonus few
SLEEPY - aikun
NO USE - mor ing
LAZY WORM - beeem dwaa tung
ok, happy practising! remember, no being naughty going around calling peoples 'lazy worm's!
