first things first: does 'tis' stand for 'it is' or 'this is'?
okies... anyways...
this week was similiar to every other week. *sigh* BORING....................
the usual OT, PT and ST. also saw the neuro psych too, oh yeah, that's right! i forgot, two members of staff:
NEIL: she's the neuro psych, who i love calli ng 'miss penguin' it's close enough after all, her real last name is 'peegum'
HABIB:this is the man who keeps us all well fed!i think he told me he was from nigeria ... or hopefully somewhere close by^^
so here's a funny story involving habib and orli the nurse: one day, during a mealtime, orli walks up to me and goes, "hey emily, you know what? habib is osama bin laden's elder brother."
i cry a scandalised "orli!"but cool and calm habib just replied without missing a beat, "yeah, and you know that when the terrorists come, they're going to kill you first. "
i laughed at orli, and what's even better, a nurse taught me how to say 'mata ba ka", which in filipino (orli's language) means 'you are fat'. she also told me orli was working fri afternoon, so i took great pleasure yelling it at him as we left. *innocent grin* let's just say, he wasn't pleased.
well that's the end of my boring week. hope evryone enjoyed themselves and kept cool under pressure!
