yay, em feels loved ... aww, i got a comment from pole!
anyways, got up this morning, breakfast was apricot jam on toast and a wee bit of milo, then off to church we went. we as in me and dad, coz poor mum was feeling a bit crook. today's speaker was michael choi, and he talked about motivation. there was communion after, before i went home and had a quick nap before janice and julz popped over! actually, was supposed to be smelly too, but she couldn't make it. oh well, next time. we're in the same COAG groups! i think it stands for 'caring and accountability' groups. so we had a little discussion while we munched lunch, thanks to them who brought yummy subway! oops, we forgot to pay janice back. must remember next week. to be honest, i would have really appreciated a kebab, but i'll get that in a fortnight's time, maybe. depends on how things turn out. before they left, janice wrote me a list of things to do on the net, which i'll get to it as soon as i've finished this entry. dad's gone to baddy, and mum's just invited aunty a over for dinner.
almost forgot! while i was having a snooze, along popped aunty catherine and uncle calvin to change water for silver and bronze. i wonder why poor bronze is more stupid than silver? genes, prolly. i told aunty catherine the bedtime story i made up for uncle calvin, and she liked! haha!
*sigh*well, after a blissful 4 nights off, it's back to another 4 of insomnia and bad dreams. oh well. catchas later. cheerio!

cool - have just finished typing out a 3 page letter to fisobao. i just hope she gets it before returning to australia from uk!
anyways, i had a beautiful sleep this morning - all the way to 1:30, while mum was at work. breakfast this morning was leftover pasta and since uncle wallace the OT couldn't make it - only one session for me today! vincent the physio came around 1pm, so only one session today - PT. we walked like 202 steps, so that's a grand total of 437 steps, which'll prolly be more toms after mum makes me bike ride again. hmph. oh well. what can i say? life sucks. get used to it. lol.
anyways, i had a nap afterwards, and woke up to have lunch at the cool time of 4:40pm! pasta again, oh well. it's yummy!

ANZAC day post
woah ... 2nd time lucky coz the first internet window froze!!!!!!1 >

anyways, i had a blissful sleep and refused to get up till ... ONE THIRTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
breakfast was sth so boring i refuse to state, and then i admit i forgot it was only friday coz i fully expected uncle wallace to come toddling along!
smelly came to visit, and when she left, lunch was a lovely custard bun aunty vicky bought for usin the arvo, along popped the whole cheung family so i could try out the strange kaye walker that uncle colbert had borrowed for us. i did 235 steps, but somehow i don't think vincent the physio will gimme a repreive from it. bah ... wishful thinking!
at night, we went out to uncle ching's place, and sylvia jiejie even found ginger for me to pat and kiss!aunty katherine was here (soccer dan's gone to ballon, or whatever it's called now) and she gave me a lovely massage! aunty a was there too, as was aunty hilda and 'lun bak bak', and aunty anne and uncle sam. i enjoyed mum's lovely pasta (i helped make it too!) and some 'mook nee' (or 'wun yee' in canto) and even sneaked some of mum's yucky red wine!
when we went home, i was showered first, then put on the bike even though it's not even sunday yet! ah well, beats me. sad thing, when i finished, dad put it up harder alevel and made me go again! what can i say? life sucks, get used to it.
ok, i'm going to bednow! the broncos are beating the bunnies, let's hope they can last the full 80 mins! nitenite!

thursday post (night)
hey all, me again. just a quick post b4 i pop off to bed (lol, i almost typed POOP off to bed, lucky i picked it up first!
am back from a comfy massage now, me all relaxed like tofu flower :P hehe!
dinner was good, guess what we had? the quiche i made in OT this morning! yumyum. we cut dad half, and mum and i had 1/4 each, though technically i had a bit more than a quarter coz i got a bit of seconds, but very yummy all up! go me who is now quite cool/good at cracking eggs one-handed! (without spilling the poor egg everywehere.
ok, gnites now peoples! i'll post again toms, which is ANZAC day. nitenite!

thursday post
yay, 'tis only thursday but i am already back home waiting for the long weekend! meaning: i am outta the insane asylum for 3 nights!
highlight:house and icecream on wednesdays. like i said, no complaints from me if the kitchen staff plonk it down both meals. ^^
poo of the week: 1. coloured water instead of tea, and amy the nurse hiding all the sugar in the kitchen and then locking it so i can't even get a decent lunch cuppa. oh well. ><
other poo of the week: lunch today, fruit is supposed to be stewed apples and custard, which i happily got a bowl of, but then what do you do when amy the nurse comes along, decides i've got too much and gives me another bowl that only has half a dollop of custard? oh well ... :(
worry of the week: bob the physio - i haven't seen him all week! janelle tells me he's on emotional leave, prolly due to the insults i levelled at him last week. oh dear ... poor bob >< i do hope he's alright!
wail of the week: mum lost my house season two! * big wails* but at least she brought me shrek 3 to watch. go the shreklets:P

weekend post x+x+x+6x
greetings all again!
first of all, a big thankyou to cabbage who really nicely sent my mum an email telling her how to delete unwanted comments!!^!^
got up this morning, had mum's yummy scotch marmalade on toast, then off to church we go!
today's speaker was terry wan, and i think he talkedabout the salvos. after church i sang a very loud 'happy bday' to banana, leaving cabbage to do the hoorays to my hip hips.
church over, we listened to aunty a give her testimony about the night her car died. seriously, i honestly really do think that woman needs to invest in a new car sooner rather than later!
church over, off we trundle to food court. some grocery shopping and a chocolate 'har siu bing' later, i had some very nice kfc for lunch. but, like i've said earlier, the kebab is now on the permanent hiatus list until i get the real two piece feed. a piece of chicken, three or four chips and half a bread roll doesn't really cut it.
back home, i bedded down for a spectacularly long nap - oh, about 4 hrs :P
got up, had a yummy egg and ham bun with a glass of milk for arvo tea. the sausage is for brekkie toms, the chicken is for the rest of lunch toms. hope habib is there - he can gimme 2 pieces of chicken again! i'll try to limit the coloured water thing, but oh well. life sucks, get used to it.
ok, sadly back to the insane asylum with bad dreams, insomnia and a dead tv! don't fret - life could be much worse. awww, and squishy my cute penguin is having a sulk as to why i didn't catch him a fish today!poor michael 'zai' is just thankful he's a bunny rabbit, not a fish:P

heylo, one and all,
well, i got some weird comments from some people i don't know, but oh well.
anyways, this morning mum went to work, and i got up for a breakfast so boring i refuse to write it up:P
uncle wallace popped along, and hence we began ourfirst session:OT. he also brought a book titled sth like 'kineseology', which he took with him when he left, and which i will haveta ask christy jie about toms.
he left, and mum came home with a great surprise for me - squishy!so he's surfing the net with me now, and i love the lil orange patch he's got!
lunch was pasta with no red sauce, just soup.
after, along popped vincent the physio, who still hasn't found a street to live on:P so, 2nd session, PT. we walked 200 steps, but i guess that'll be 300 by the time i haveta walk to the bathroom toms. and a 10min bike ride too, argh, i swear mum and dad keep adding new conditions to it. what can i say?life sucks. get used to it. i still haven't got that printed on a t-shirt yet. :P
anyways, shall see most of you at church toms! fingers crossed for a decent lunch - but hopes aren't up, just in case.
oh, and aunty a is over for dinner tonight. @^^we got the pasta again, but this time with red sauce. bye!

friday post (should be 3)
yay, i is once more outta the insane asylum for 3 nights of blissful sleep!!^^
highlight of the week: house and icecream on waednesday. actually, my TV dies and i couldn't get my hands on an icecream till thurs night, but oh well.
other highlight of the week: on monday, i wailed a "big hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" to habib, who was a legend and gave me a 2nd piece of chicken to fill me up. ^^
poop of the week: *sigh* please, TEA, not coloured water. why do more and more tea people seem to be catching on the 'let's only give em hot coloured water. no tea for her.'
visitors of the week: vince and mrs dent - go mrs dent who remembered his name! oh, aunty anne and smoky also tie for the position too.
new thing of the week: the nurses really strongly advocated that THEY had to be the ones that showered me. i reluctantly consented, on 2 conditions:1 that only FEMALE nurses showered me, and 2 that sammy couldn't. i mean, no offence to her, but i'm like 5 months older than her! hell no! anyways, i'm just looking forward that it'll be mum who showers me over the weekend. but thanks to ruby and amy who really do turn up the water nice and HOT for me. !^!^
other poop of the week: the nurses have decided that i'm not allowed a pan at night anymore, i have to get up and be wheeled to the loo. thankfully mum remembered to remind the nurses that they had to roll up my ted stockings first, else i would've fallen many times over ( i can go once every 3 hrs, so that's half past 9, half past 12, half past3, and half past 6, when i actually have to get up.
rip of the week: to my small portable dvd player, which has well and truly carked it. it's supposed to have warranty, but since i'm the one that dropped it ... :S

hey again peoples!
yup, yup, hey again! i've already finished my day's post, but i thought i'd just like to share a photo with everyone.
see everyone - meet my cousin katie. she's 26, and works at the airport (but not an air hostess), the ticketing stuff. and yes, she says 'toe -MAY-toe' :P

good afternoon all, or is it evening now? 5:41pm now, you go figure.
no surprise here - breakfast this morning was a piece of toast with mum's yummy scotch marmalade. off we went to church, today's speaker was anne wan. i'm very sorry ><, but i can't remember what she spoke about. i did score a milky way though, as did josh cham or some other lil kid (thanks to mum who said it was actually enoch lui. ). too bad mum and dad both took enormous chomps outta it, leaving me a tiny little morsel. still, chocolate is chocolate!!^^
we went straight home after church, and i hit the bed for a snooze. too bad, i really would've appreciated a large kebab. oh well, i'll get one in a fortnight's time, hopefully. just wondering, no bakery stop this arvo, what am i gonna do after i'm still hungry after monday's chicken salad? oh well, fingers are crossed again that i'll get a plate full of corn chips again! it was thanks to helen last monday.
woke up from nap; i presume i had lunch, but can't really remember what. did some reading afterwards, before mum decided to make me walk to the loo again, but since aunty catherine came over to change water for silver and bronze, i guess i'll do it tonight.
dad's gone to play baddy right now, i guess mum's having yet another snooze. well, turns out mum's a cheat when it comes to playing uno. oh well. i beat her anyway.

weekend post x + x+3x
good evening one and all!
harry potter (cutely known by pole's dad, uncle calvin, as 'beebee bubber') and the chamber of secrets is on!
after he left, i waited for mum to come home, then we all had BBQ chicken and oven fish fillets for lunch. yuuuuuum ^^right now, so i think i'll go watch after my time on here is up. dad's threatened 10mins; i had better improve the speed of my one handed typing pretty damn quick! haha :P
anyways, this morning:work for mum and up for me to await uncle wallace's arrival. no guesses as to the breakfast - bread, cheese and tomato sauce. i think my christmas wish list already has an item - a fun pack of cereal! hehe ^!!^
anyways, after uncle wallace left, i waited for mum to come home. when she did, we all had BBQ chicken and a fish fillet for lunch. then i bedded down for a marathon nap - mum can't recall how long exactly - mum's forgotten too, but like 4.5hrs! haha, i can still sleeptonight, no sweat!
got up, twas dinnertime already! after dinner, mum decided to exact more exercise on me by making me walk to the bike, so i can start with 60 steps to tell janelle on monday. wonder if i can refuse to ride toms, seeing as i've already done it today. fat chance, i guess. ah well - life sucks, get used to it.
cool - i've just spoken to my beloved grandma. baby mickey is doing well - apparently he's 20 pounds now. i think the conversion rate is 2.2 kg equals 1 pound. or the other way around. i was born a wee 2.45 kg, or 5.1 or 2 pounds. go figure, people who can do maths.
anyways, hope to see you all at church toms! fingers crossed over the lunch thing, but my hopes aren't up. oh well. cya.

friday post (i think 2)
howdy all again,
well, 'tis friday and i'm thankfully home for 3 nights of blessed sleep. anyways, this time it's thanks to josh for the comment - if i manage to get one a week, i'm going good. my best was 6 comments, when we made up our awful names. from what i remember, i'm dorky wafflebutt, poor dad is goober wafflebutt, mum is dorky chuckle dunking, letty is tootsie chickensprinkles, haha to vince who's sloopy chickenhump, and charlsy is snickle-something.
highlight of the week: house and icecream for dinner on wednesday. by the way, i've ripped through the entire 3rd season of house this week.
poop of the week: i'll say it once more only: tea not coloured water. vince saw me add a packet to mine when he visited me this week.
thank-you of the week: to habib who noticed me prowling the kitchens for more sugar after friday lunch. he just handed me an equal. ha! to amy who went and hid them.
other poop of the week: this morning, me sneezed and wet myself. >< thanks to amy who just decided to shower me.
visitors of the week: vince, aunty anne, smoky and smelly. i feel wuved.

weekend post x + x+2x
well first of all, a nice big thankee to vince for the encouraging comment. !^^ (umm, is it the amish that talkee funnee like thatee?)
yup, dug up this morning. mum's yummy scotch marmalade was breakfast, then off we popped to church. speaker today was uncle phillip,i'm very sorry but i can't recall what he spoke about. off we went to food court right after,and it's decided - until i get the FULL two piece feed for lunch, the kebab will have to go on the permanent waiting list. one piece of chicken and ten little chippees do NOT make up a two piece feed. but mum will prolly notice and refuse. ah well, life sucks - get used to it. lol, i should prolly get that printed on a t-shirt. hehe. !^^
anyways, headed home and bedded down for a 2 hr nap. got up, and mum and i both had a yummy egg and ham bun for arvo tea.then mum went to take her own nap and i got online cuddling blue bear ('bluey'). dad's gone to play baddy and turns out poor aunty a can't come for dinner and share smoked salmon coz her car died on her! ugh, i hope she won't haveta catch a bus to work toms.

weekend post x + x+x
argh, not only is my right eye itching like mad, my glasses are dangling dangerously off the tip of my nose!
anyways, this morning mum toddled off to work, and i toddled up to have the ever-boring breakfast of bread, cheese and tomato sauce before uncle wallace got here. first session:OT (by the way, dad's vacuuming right now. i'd like to see how mum sleeps amidst that clang.
anyways, i learnt the name for the muscle behind your shoulder, but i've already forgotten it. ><
when he left, dad suggested a nap and i took him up on the offer, meaning i didn't get up til after mum got home from work. i tried to persuade mum to cook me a 2-min noodle for lunch, but for some reason as yet unknown to me,she refused. oh well. i just thought it prudent not to note aloud that her microwaving last night's leftovers for lunch took longer than 2 mins. hehe
soon after, vincent the physio popped along, making 2nd session: PT. we walked ... oh, i dunno, say 100 odd sth steps today. around 160 or thereabouts. when he left, dad came back (he had gone to uncle colbert's to fix their garage door or sth). i got 2 yummy green tea bikkies for arvo tea along with a glass of milk, and am now just surfing the net with blue bear. hope mum's got her nap like she wanted, no idea what dad's doing now that the vacuum cleaner is off.
oh wells, see most of you guys toms at church! mak bear's got his fingers crossed for some junk food toms, and what can i say? i'm joining him!

friday post 2
yay, i is back after only 3 sleeps at the insane asylum!
highlight of the week: house, icecream and meat pies with lotsa gravy on wednesday!
byebye of the week: we bid a fond farewell to suzanne who's leaving today. she's such a lovely lady; i really wish her and her husband all the best. her hubby's name is merv, poor thing has brain cancer or sth just as nasty now, but they're managing it. we took a photo together before we left; knowing me and my clumsy habit of dropping everything i have (eg my poor bear bear, my toothbrush, toothpaste, diary, even MISS PIG), i somehow suspect that before this week is out, i will have dropped my HEAD. ><
poop of the week: crazy tea people that insist on giving white with an equal for tea. i mean, usually i can nick one for every time bar supper, but i just haven't the breath to argue.
other poop of the week: i mean, mum usually has to steal like 3/4 of my cake which is a dessert on thursday, but why couldn't i get even a LITTLE custard with whatever small portion of the cake i'm left with? :(
always poop of the week: um ... i forgot. ><
embarising thing of the week: this wmorning, shuana woke me up, tossed my pants at me, said "get them on" and walked away. i tried as hard as i could, but 5 mins later when another nurse, ruby, came to get me up, she had a good cackle. "emily, you've got your legs back to front!!^^" oopsie, but thanks to ruby who very nicely got them back on for me. ^^
scare of the week: i tried to take myself to the loo this week, only the floor was wet, and i slipped. plop! onto my bottom. i hit the buzzer for a nurse - i got both andy and orli. after making sure i wasn't hurt, strong orli went, "ok, here we go" and with one arm yanked me back up. i'm just relieved and lucky amy didn't catch me in there - else i would've never have heard the end of it! at first, they were talking about the hoist at first, before odecided 'nah, she's fine. i'll just grab her up."
anyways, i'm off to watch naruto now!
oops, almost forgot to add, i only got 3 days of physio this week! see, i didn't get back till tuesday, only to have bob tell me, "she's got an ADO." come wednesday? "she's sick."
ooh, one more thing!
today, we (we being myself, brendan and shelley) made damper in OT! i tried to make mine into a love heart, only the poor lump of dough became a 'broken heart' when miss flop split it open to see if it was cooked yet.
