holiday post coda

blearg. posting attempt, take 2.
what i didn't add was that in the arvo, before uncle stephen the ot came, there was a hailstorm at our place. only me the fun-loving idiot, of course, had to ask dad to please get some ice for me! and what's even better, he did! kitted out with a raincoat and a protective helmet first. i admit, i was pretty scared he'd get fried by lightning, but he was ok, and even returned with a whole container of ice chips!^^
anyways, before dinner, we toughed it out on the wii. i got mum real good in the tennis, sweeping her in straight sets, but what was even cooler was that i got dad in the tennis too! of course, it turned out to be a tough 5 sets, and i think i only won in the end because of my newfound ability to do aces!^^
anyways, that's all from me so i'll sign off for now. i am mega jealous that you get so much hols, but oh well, that's life.
